Georgia Henkel received her BFA , BA
Art Education, and MA Art Education at the University of Kentucky.
She is currently working as an art instructor at Sayre School in
Lexington. Henkel has exhibited widely in Kentucky as well as in
Chicago and Nashville. In 2006 she received the Short Award for
Excellence in Teaching from Sayre School and has also participated
in numerous collaborative projects benefiting youth and educators.
